Parser is used to fetch the content of other websites’ to your website by converting the encoded data in proper format at the same time preserving the structure of the data. The new parser method will work for News / RSS Importer and Aggregator plugin to fetch news from RSS on your website so that site members may browse the news seamlessly. This is a workaround for parser previously being used in the plugin for fetching news from RSS links.

How to Proceed:

A. Before we begin with implementing this service, please make sure that you have taken a full backup(Database + Files) of your website.

B. Please initiate a Support Ticket from your SocialApps.tech Client Area and send us the below information so that we may proceed further with the implementation:

• 1) Site Admin details::

  - Username
  - Password

   

  2) SSH (root login) details (Please get this from your hosting provider if you do not already have this.):
  - Host
  - Username
  - Password
  - Port

   

  3) CPanel/ Database login details:

  -Username
  -Password

   

  Note: This service is normally completed in 24 to 72 hours.
