Note 2: AWS charges minimal amount for backing up your files on it's server (Charges are totally dependent upon your File and DB storage amount For eg: 10 gb of storage will cost you $0.20 only per month.).

So, we will be redirecting your files and DB files from EC2 (your current storage drive) to Amazon S3 bucket, as it is highly secure and provide robust backup system. Your data will become “can never be lost” mode giving you a highly peaceful situation from being tensed of not having a proper channel for backing up your valuable & essential data.
Please initiate a Support Ticket from your SocialApps.tech Client Area and send us the following information of your site so that we may proceed further with the installation.
1) Please mention how would you like to have the backup of your files and DB. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly).
2) At which hour of time you would like to backup your files (Morning, Afternoon, Evening or Night).
3) Please mention the days / time i.e for how long you would like to have your old Files and DB backup.
